Cancellations
You may cancel an in-stock order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, write to hello@fuentesmier.com with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it under the conditions described below.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each piece is committed to production with our artisans at the time of purchase. If we are unable to dispatch a pre-order by the estimated date shown on the product page, we will notify you with a revised date, and you may then choose to cancel for a full refund.

We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable or if its price or details were listed in error. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Return window
You may return eligible pieces within 14 days of delivery.

Condition
Pieces must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all tags, the dust bag, packaging and any accompanying cards. Every return is inspected on arrival. Pieces that show signs of use, wear, alteration or damage cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Final sale
Any piece marked final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return

1. Write to hello@fuentesmier.com with your order number and the piece you wish to return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and send your return authorization. Clients in the United States will also receive a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the piece carefully in its original packaging and ship it to the return address below. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Return shipping
Return shipping within the United States is complimentary when you use the prepaid label we provide.
For orders delivered outside the United States, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund. Please use an insured, tracked service and mark the package as a return of goods to avoid additional import charges. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Every return is inspected within 3 business days of arriving at our studio. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method, and we will email you confirmation. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. For orders delivered outside the United States, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange a piece, please return the original piece following the steps above and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
