Sofia is made to move. Fringe covers the bag from edge to edge, each strand cut and inset by hand from lambskin nappa. At rest, it settles into a dense, soft texture. In motion, it follows the body and is never quite still.
Red jasper is a deep, earthen red, taken from the stone and not from the season. Against the movement of the fringe, the color shifts with the light and reads richer in motion.
Beneath the fringe is our signature unstructured silhouette, shaped in a family-owned leather workshop in León, Guanajuato. Nothing interrupts the leather: the closure is a concealed magnet, and the handles are part of the body itself.
It holds a book and the essentials of the day. The handles arrive untied. Knot them long for the shoulder, or short to carry Sofia in the hand.

Material and Care
Due to the nature of the leather, markings may develop with wear. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Keep away from direct heat. Specialist cleaning recommended.

Pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary within the United States. For orders delivered to Canada, Mexico and Europe, return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
Returned pieces must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, dust bag and packaging.
